Walk with a PT Group hike – Park Rx

oin us for a group hike on the Headwaters Trail. Trailhead is located behind McDonald’s in Mantua.

We will walk 2.28 miles on a crushed limestone trail. Limited mobility accessible.  
A Physical Therapist from University Hospitals Rehab in Ravenna will be joining the group to lead stretching before walking. He will also walk with the group so if they have any questions about therapy, how to safely exercise or get back to exercise, etc they can ask while walking.

Volunteer naturalist, Leann will join us to share information and answer questions.
