2019 Recycle, Repurpose, ReStore

Habitat for Humanity of Portage County is hosting our 5th annual Recycle, Repurpose, ReStore Contest and Celebration. We are asking area businesses to donate a product or service to our upcoming event on June 15th, 2019. Your local Habitat chapter is raising critical funds to eliminate poverty housing in the Portage community, thus making a significant impact on the lives of our neighbors. Habitat for Humanity of Portage County will host our annual Recycle, Repurpose, ReStore Event…a recycling contest and an evening celebration and dinner. The event is held at The American Legion 1945 Mogadore Rd. Kent. We are anticipating up to 300 guests. We are requesting donations to be used as door prizes, raffle items, gift cards or certificates, food, and drinks. Please help us raise vital funds by donating an in-kind gift to the event. Your company will be thanked and advertised at the event. All companies who donate items will be sent receipts for tax purposes. Our tax I.D. is 34-1604235. We have served the Portage community for 30 years and will increase our impact through the valuable dollars we raise at events like Recycle, Repurpose, Restore!!! You or your company can help us make a difference in the lives of our partner families in Portage County. Habitat for Humanity of Portage County is a rural affiliate. Because of that fact, our funding opportunities are limited due to our size. We depend on events like this to continue our mission.
