This event is one event in a series of annual Downtown Innovative Community Events (D.I.C.E.), a grassroots partnership between Standing Rock Cultural Arts, The City of Kent, and a consortium of Downtown Businesses for the revitalization and continued growth of downtown Kent through cultural arts events.
