Standing Rock Cultural Arts is pleased to announce The 18th Annual Standing Rock International Shorts Festival. This popular annual event will feature films from as far away as India, and from as close as Akron, Ohio. It will include animation, music videos, short comedy, experimental films, documentaries and more.

The first part of this event will feature short films from around the world. 13 short films will be screened in the competition whereby the audience will have a chance to vote on their favorite film. A jury will also select a Juried Choice Award from these shorts.
The second part will be made up of last year’s People’s Choice Winner, “IN A NUTSHELL” by Fabio Friedli as well as other shorts from the YKANIMATION Studio of Switzerland. Concluding the festival, there will be a screening of films selected by the jury of the festival.
